Who we are

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, message and any file you choose to attach. We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal for your project.

We process this data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Form submissions are delivered to us through Forminit, a form-handling service that acts as our processor and stores submissions in the European Union.

We keep enquiries that do not lead to a project for 12 months, then delete them. If an enquiry leads to a project, we keep the related correspondence for as long as our legal and contractual obligations require.

Website analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It records the page viewed, the referring website, browser, operating system, device type and approximate country. It does not use cookies. Visits are counted using a short-lived value derived from the request, which resets daily and is not used to identify you.

Analytics runs only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time with Privacy settings at the bottom of every page.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the service secure. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Information stored in your browser

We store your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not have to ask again on every page. This is strictly necessary to remember your preference and contains no personal information.

Transfers outside the EEA

Vercel is based in the United States and is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection. Forminit is based in the United Kingdom, which also benefits from an adequacy decision, and stores form submissions in Ireland.

This website links to our profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@finelinestudio.gr.
