About

Fineline is an architecture and design studio working between Athens and London. The studio delivers residential, hospitality and small to medium scale cultural projects, with a focus on existing buildings, modest interventions, and thoughtful reuse. Each project is developed through a close and collaborative process. The studio’s approach is guided by an interest in materiality, proportion, and rhythm, with an emphasis on natural light, clear spatial organisation and enduring detail. The work is contemporary, but grounded in context - architectural, cultural, and environmental.

Founded by architect Nefeli Eforakopoulou, Fineline draws on over a decade of experience delivering projects in the UK and Greece. Nefeli studied and qualified in the UK, and is registered with both the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). Before founding Fineline, she spent ten years at Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, where she progressed from architectural assistant to project architect. During this time, she led a £70 million workplace scheme in central London through to planning, played a key role in the delivery of 1 Hotel Mayfair at 1 Berkeley Street, and coordination of Blackstone’s flagship auditorium for their new Mayfair headquarters.

Today, she leads Fineline with a focus on low-carbon design, adaptive reuse, and contemporary architecture rooted in place.
