Job Description

Fineline Studio is seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Athens.

The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, confidence in creative thinking and problem-solving, and experience working across multiple project stages. We work on residential, hospitality, and commercial fitout projects between Greece and the UK, with a particular interest in adaptive reuse and low-carbon design. As an emerging practice, we value people who are self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of their work.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience

  • Degree in Architecture (5 years)

  • Strong knowledge of Rhino in 2D/3D workflows

  • Proficiency in English and Greek

  • Studio-based position in Athens

Experience in the Following is a Plus

  • Familiarity with NOK and planning procedures

  • SketchUp and Enscape or equivalent rendering tools

  • Experience with adaptive reuse or renovation projects

  • Commercial fitout or workplace design experience

  • Familiarity with UK planning or building regulations

  • All stages of design and construction

  • Construction documentation and on-site support
