2025 Terraviva Award

Fineline has been selected as a finalist for Villa Meneghetti in the TerraViva competition. Our proposal restores the site’s productive character, bringing agriculture, craft and architecture into one system. Historic buildings are repaired with local techniques. New elements in marble and metal form a clear contemporary layer. Mulberries return to the estate in reference to the former silk industry, and guest areas sit within a living landscape rather than apart from it. Read more here.

2025 Driehaus Architecture Award

Our proposal for La Fresneda, Spain - developed in collaboration with Crado - received recognition in the Richard H. Driehaus Architecture Competition. The design blends restored heritage with new civic spaces, rooted in the rhythms of the historic hill town.

A full renovation of a 1960s apartment in central Athens, blending modern craftsmanship with the building’s original character. Designed for short-term stays, the space balances lightness and restraint with warm materials and subtle detailing.
