In the shadow of the Acropolis, we are developing a new project in the vibrant neighbourhood of Thiseio. The commission transforms a modest flat into a short-term let for visitors, re-establishing it as a durable and adaptable home at the heart of Athens.

Still in early design development, the project sets out to deliver a cool, smart refurbishment rooted in sustainable principles. Our approach prioritises careful re-use, low-impact modernisation, and the craft of local makers. The ambition is to combine a contemporary sense of comfort with the cultural depth of its setting — offering guests a grounded, authentic experience of the city.
